Torval Mork is a creative professional with a diverse background in entrepreneurship, filmmaking, music, photography, and business leadership. With a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of British Columbia, his career has been defined by hands-on experience, venture capital endeavours, and executive leadership.

As president of Fathom Corp, Torval oversees innovative projects and business operations, blending creativity with strategy to drive success. This foundation complements his artistic pursuits, which span multiple mediums.

A multi-instrumentalist, Torval has written, performed, and produced several albums under the moniker Krom Labs, including It’s Them Again (2024) and It’s Not You, It’s Them (2017), available on Spotify, Apple Music, and other platforms. He has performed as a guitarist for many up-and-coming artists and played and performed as a solo act and in rock bands, bringing energy and collaboration to live music.

In filmmaking, Torval has served as a producer and executive producer on a variety of film and television projects. Starting as a production manager on high-profile commercial productions, he managed multi-million-dollar budgets and coordinated crews of up to 400 people. Later, as the managing partner of Skipping Rock Films, he championed Canadian storytelling by producing commercials and supporting emerging filmmakers. His expertise spans budgeting, production logistics, and creative development, providing a strong foundation for both independent and commercial projects.

Photography and visual art are also central to Torval’s portfolio. His work is featured on Adobe Stock, Getty Images, and Shutterstock, and his pieces are displayed in corporate and private collections.

Based in Calgary with his wife, Jennifer, and their son, Isaac, Torval continues to explore opportunities that reflect his passion for storytelling, artistic exploration, and leadership across multiple industries.
